IRCC issued 455 ITAs to candidates in a recent Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw. To be eligible, candidates needed a minimum CRS score of 802 and must have submitted their Express Entry profile before December 7, 2024. This draw is the fourth of the year, following previous CEC and PNP draws. As of 2025, IRCC has issued 6,276 ITAs through the Express Entry system.
IRCC’s Express Entry priorities for 2025 focus on two main categories: the "Federal Economic Priorities," which include French-language candidates and those with healthcare or trades experience, and the "In-Canada Focus," which covers CEC and PNP candidates. Together, these categories are expected to account for the majority of the 124,680 admissions under Express Entry in this year.
