Canada has invited a total of 4,750 candidates in the Express Entry pool to apply for permanent residence on October 26th. Foreign nationals who ranked among the first 4,750 were eligible for invitations. The issuing of invitations happened on October 26th. The Comprehensive Ranking System CRS cut-off score required in this draw to get selected was 496.
This is good news for all Express Entry aspirants, as this is the first time the cut-off CRS score falls below 500 points post the pandemic. Also, as can be discerned from the illustration below, the cut-off CRS score seem to follow a downward trend since July 2022.

In this draw, candidates from all Express Entry aligned Federal Programs were eligible. That is, the Federal Skilled Worker Class (FSWC), Federal Skilled Trades Class (FSTC), Canadian Experience Class (CEC) & enhanced provincial nominee programs.

Candidates eligible for any of the above programs are given a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score in the Express Entry Pool.
