Quebec Experience Class Program (PEQ)

The Programme de l’expérience Québécoise (PEQ), commonly referred to as the Quebec Experience Class is the ideal immigration pathway for candidates who have previously studied or worked in the province of Quebec.
Immigration to the province of Quebec starts with the province issuing the Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ). Commonly referred to as the Quebec Selection Certificate, this document allows its holder to apply for permanent residency under PEQ as well as QSW.
Once the CSQ is obtained, the applicant must then submit the same to Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). It is IRCC that issues the permanent resident visa based on criminality and medical checks.
