In the last Express Entry draw that took place on May 15, 2019, the CRS score of lowest ranked candidate invited was 332. This draw was specific to the Federal Skilled Trades Class (FSTC). Since the advent of the Express Entry selection system on 1 January 2015, applicants who wish to immigrate to Canada under the Federal Skilled Trades Class (formerly Federal Skilled Trades Program) must enter the Express Entry pool first.

A total of 500 invitations were issued on this draw, and the minimum rank required to be invited to apply was 500.

Below are the draw statistics of the 117th Express Entry draw:

Number of Invitations issued: 500

Rank required to be invited to apply: 500 or above

Date and time of the draw: May 15, 2019 at 11:23:38 (UTC)

CRS score of the lowest ranked candidate: 332

Tie-break rule used in this draw: August 29, 2018 at 08:32:03 (UTC)

This means that all Express Entry profiles that were active in the pool with a minimum CRS score equal to or greater than 332, and which entered the pool at (or before) the lock-score (tie-break) timestamp were considered while the Federal Government of Canada issued Invitation to Apply (ITAs) this time.

Express Entry is a selection system, through which the Federal government of Canada (IRCC) selects candidates for economic immigration to Canada through three programs – Federal Skilled Worker Class (FSWC), Federal Skilled Trades Class (FSTC) and Canadian Experience Class (CEC) – as well as a portion of Provincial Nominations (enhanced nominations).

The following programs are the skilled trades eligible for Canadian immigration through the Federal Skilled Trades Class (FSTC) program:
